Superior workmanship, attention to detail in every aspect of the job scope.Steve Gearing is top-notch and our go-to guy. He oversaw each part of our tub removal and roll-in shower installation along with enlarging the doorways for wheelchair access.He's attentive and quick to respond to any text or questions. His visits were timely and communicated very well with the workers daily.They showed up on time, respectful, trustworthy, a cleaned up throughout the entire process each day.I highly recommend Modify Remodeling for any job that you want completed perfectly and ask for Steve Gearing if you value communication, honesty, and respect

We also run monthly specials on kitchen and bathroom remodels, and we’ll always let you know if your project qualifies for any current discounts or promotions.

We start with a free in-home consultation to discuss your goals, style, and budget. From there, we create a detailed estimate and design plan.
