Great experience with R Brooks Mechanical from start to finish. Brandon made the sales process easy and straightforward, and Jaime and Keenan did an excellent job with the installation, professional, efficient, and high quality.
It’s rare to find fair pricing, great workmanship, and a fast install, but they delivered on all three. They were also incredibly kind to our animals, which meant a lot to us.

Kevin came out today and is a very nice service technician. He identified the issue with the oil/electric heating system and we are awaiting the estimat for the repair needed. I will update after more information is available. As of now I would recommend this company who may need guidance in choosing a company.
Update. 2 very nice repair technicians came out I assume to help the one who might be newer to the field, regardless the problem was fixed and I have zero complaints with this company. I knew ahead of time by the very first technician once they fixed 1 problem another problem might be found and it was and it had the cost increase, but I was told this could happen because of the type of system it is. It is fixed and is now working like it should and from start to finish everyone I encountered was pleasant and explained everything very well. I was showed all the parts replaced and what their jobs were within the system. I would recommend this company.

On memorial day weekend decided to turn air conditioning on was disappointed when did not cool. R. Brooks sent a tech Alex Cososner , who was very professional and thorough in getting our a/c working. Very much appreciated.
