I couldn’t be happier with the screened-in porch that Glen and his team at Custom Works, Inc. built for us! With strict HOA restrictions in my neighborhood, his knowledge and guidance made navigating the approval process smooth and stress-free. I had originally planned on building a smaller porch, similar to my neighbor’s, but after speaking with Glen—and considering my own needs and aesthetic preferences—we made some thoughtful adjustments to the materials. This allowed us to maximize the footprint and build the largest possible structure within both the HOA guidelines and my budget.
