What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If is one time only will be around 15 cents per square foot, if is every two weeks will be much cheaper one a month 15 porcent of the first price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give them the option on how much they want to spend on cleaning, if they like our cleaning always work something on price so far I haven’t had any complaints.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education I been working with coustomers for the pass 20 years I also work with cleaning companies that’s how I learned how to clean well.
