At AJL Multi Service Cleaners, our services start at just $65! As a small, family-owned business, we believe quality services should be affordable and accessible to everyone. We work with our clients to provide fair, competitive pricing while maintaining excellent service and attention to detail. Final pricing depends on the size of the property, its condition, the type of service requested, labor, materials, and any additional services needed. We offer transparent pricing, and no hidden fees. Our goal is to work within your budget whenever possible without compromising quality. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At AJL Multi Service Cleaners, we believe every customer deserves personalized attention, honest communication, and quality service. Our process is simple! We start by getting to know you, understanding your needs, expectations, budget, and what you're looking to accomplish. Our ultimate goal is to make sure every client feels heard, respected, and completely satisfied with our work. We operate with a two-person communication system to ensure our clients always have someone available to assist them. You'll communicate directly with our Scheduling Coordinator & Supervisor and our Business Operations Director. We're simply two sisters working together to keep our family business running smoothly and our customers happy. Once we understand your needs, we'll discuss pricing, provide an estimate, schedule your service, and coordinate with our team to get the job done. As a small, family-owned business, we value building long-term relationships rather than treating our customers like just another appointment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to welcoming you into the AJL family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All members of our family team are high school graduates. Two family members are pursuing bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, while another is pursuing an associate degree in Entrepreneurship. Our team also includes a Licensed Medical Assistant, bringing additional knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, infection prevention, and workplace safety. Our family's professional training and certifications include: - OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training - OSHA Cleaning & Disinfecting - OSHA Housekeeping Safety - OSHA Emergency Action & Fire Prevention - OSHA Hazard Communication Basics - American Red Cross CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification While education and certifications are important, we believe hands-on experience is equally valuable. Our family has spent decades learning proper cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, customer service, property maintenance, and workplace safety. We continue investing in education and professional development to strengthen our skills and expand the services we can confidently provide. We're not a large corporation. We're a very small family combining decades of experience, education, and hard work to build something meaningful for future generations.
