We scheduled a session with Mr Harding and arrived a little early to watch him with his class before our private lesson. I was impressed with his interaction with the kids that he was teaching. His hands on and the way he talked and corrected their actions was in such a positive fashion impressed me. When my daughter had her first session I watched as she did things she had not done before as if she was finally getting it. She came away renewed as if she was introduced to a new game. Her game has vastly improved and her passion for the game is back as she had been losing it with prior instructors. I would have to highly recommend Andrew Harding as one of the best instructors we have come across bringing out the best in my daughter as a player. We are going to continue to work with him for some time.

Harding Hoops training with Coach Harding is fantastic! My son Alex loves the training sessions and they have significantly improved his ball handling, shooting and ability. We now work with Coach Harding on a regular basis; this is exactly the professional level of skills training we were looking for.

Andrew Harding provided my teenage son basketball skills training and conditioning in small group format. We've worked with many trainers and coachers and Andrew is the best! He really upped my son's game, who achieved his goal of making his fairly competitive school team. Andrew has a great way with kids and teens and they really respect him. He knows just how much to push them so that they excel. A real professional.

Andrew goes beyond what one might normally expect from a trainer. He listens, he trains specific to the needs of the kid, he is patient and earns the respect of not only the child but the parent. He identifies their strengths and weakness and provides results. He is a consummate professional and an experienced player and trainer. If anyone is ever looking for a results oriented basketball trainer...look no further than Andrew Harding. He is the best!

My only regret regarding engaging my son in training with Harding Hoops is that we can't get up there to see them EVERYDAY! I have probably referred 20 kids to Harding Hoops over the past two years, and my selling point to them (and no, I have absolutely no financial stake in Harding Hoops...I pay THEM) is without failure, "Andrew shows attention to detail like no other trainer--in any sport--that I have ever seen in action." And over the course of my 30 years being involved in organized sports, I've seen a LOT of trainers at work. Some of them start out keenly, but then get lazy and just let kids train any old kind of way, wasting the kids' time and the parents' hard-earned dollars. During our first year with Harding Hoops I kept waiting for Andrew to show signs of sloughing off, but just the opposite has happened as my son has gained more time and experience with Harding Hoops. Andrew has grown even more demanding and even more exacting, just as a trainer should as his pupil evolves. Andrew’s expectations have gone up, and he continues to harp on the minutiae whenever he sees the "kids" getting lazy or tired ("4th quarter, baby! Play through it!"). This is the only trainer my son has NEVER complained about working with. I would say that Andrew's primary goal is to equip players to have the wherewithal and mental tenacity to coach themselves when he's not around or when the crowd is too loud to hear the coach screaming from the bench. Harding Hoops strives to make it impossible for a coach to take a Harding Hoops client off the floor in a game. Not much more I can say, oh, except that unlike some other trainers I have encountered, Harding Hoops is a bastion of professionalism when it comes to all the business dealings. That has been so refreshing. Ok, that's all. Go get some.
