Mr Burgwald was hired to replace three support posts on my car port that were rotting away. He replied promptly, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work performed, and executed the job quickly, efficiently and far better than my expectations! I will hire Mr Burgwald again for any projects that I need in the future.

Carlos and crew were wonderful. They dealt with snags in installation and in obtaining materials in a professional manner. The work was outstanding, and the clean up was meticulous. They showed up on time and kept in touch about delays. Explanations were clear and detailed. Costs were reasonable. I would use them again.

Mr. Burgwald is a competent & trustworthy contractor who has done work for me on a number of occasions. Mr. Burgwald is always on time & will always call before his arrival or if he is running late. I recommend Mr. Burgwald for any remodeling job, large or small, should you need his help with roofing, flooring, electrical, carpentry, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's best to get estimates from at least two contractors to compare not only price, But type of materials being used, work preparation, quality of work and written warranties. It's good to ask a family member or friend who had a good experience with a reputable contractor that is licensed in your state. Working with a licensed contractor gives a sense of security because in the state of Maryland its required that all contractors pay into the gratuity fund which a home owner can put a claim against if a contractor fails to complete a contract or bad work.
