’ve been with Next Level for about 1 1/2 years. They manage a single property for me and my tenants are primarily college students. Depending on the time of year, my property and tenants can be very time consuming. Nurith, Mayra and the staff at Next level are extremely responsive and diligent in dealing with the tenants, myself, and managing the property. During a recent emergency a the property I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Next Level. They addressed the situation immediately, after hours, and I knew at any time I could be in contact with them to discuss status, and planning for the repairs. It’s nice as an owner to be confident that you have a responsible property management company. I’m very pleased with Next Level.

I own several properties and love to do what I do. I think it runs in my family as I gew up with parents who also owned properties.
