- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system for my service. however you can get an idea of our pricing structure at my blog. Google "Rich Williams The Productivity Guy." Please feel free to ask for a personal pricing for your organization. Typically I charge a flat fee of $495 that encompasses weekly phone calls, video chats and creating a success plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually conduct a no-fee consulting interview to learn more about the new customer's desires, vision and goals. This initial meeting gives both me and the client an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit for one another. I would rather turn a client down now and not let Them client down later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read articles, publications, books and online newsletters that help keep me up to date on tips, tools and cutting edge techniques for sales professionals. In addition, I have an Associates Degree in Business Administration and real estate licenses in Mryland and Pennsylvania.
