I end up training her and she really enjoyed my training sessions she had to relocate. I am so, happy we really worked well together.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I am a Professional Natural Fitness Competitor. I started working out because my doctor told me to for health reasons. I wanted to show other people what I have learned so, I decided to start my business as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most of my clients work in a circuit and I actually add some cardio while they workout to keep the heart rate up.
