Introduction: I’m a certified personal trainer who believes that no matter your goals or starting-point, improvement is always attainable. I’ll help you achieve better strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility; improving your day-to-day life and overall health. I enjoy working with individuals of all age groups, fitness levels and abilities. My main focus is usually on functional training, but I always adapt programs to meet your individual needs. Our sessions can take place in a fitness studio, your home, or anywhere outdoors with my “gym on a truck” rig. I am available for 1-on-1, small group (2-4 people), and large group sessions. Regardless of the setting, you’ll get a great workout and maybe even have a little fun!

Simply put, Matt is the best! His knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail are incredible. Matt always listens to my specific goals, whether it is training for a long-distance race, building muscle, or weight loss. He plans highly effective and challenging workouts all while making it fun.

    - 1-on-1 sessions: $45 for 30 min; $75 for 50 min. - 2 people: $50 for 30 min; $90 for 50 min. - 3 people: $60 for 30 min; $100 for 50 min. - 4 people: $75 for 30 min; $120 for 50 min. - 5 people: $80 for 30 min; $125 for 50 min. - Large group sessions (6-20 people): $100 for 30 min; $150 for 60 min. Discounts available in instances such as pre-paid packages, location, etc.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with all ages (from 12 to 85 years old!) and abilities, and folks with disabilities. I’ve trained Clients looking to simply “get in shape,” and Clients who are training for a specific event.
