We had a great experience! He was very responsive from the start and replied quickly. We were especially grateful that he was available to come out the same day, since our refrigerator was acting up. He diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was causing both the freezing issue and the whirring noise, and was able to fix everything during the same visit. It’s been a couple of weeks since the repair, and our refrigerator has been working perfectly. He also left us his business card/magnet and gave us peace of mind by offering a 6-month warranty, letting us know he’d come back if the same issue happened again. We really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

Our Sub-Zero refrigerator was leaking water, and he fixed the problem on the very first visit. Another company told us we needed to replace several parts, including the control board, and quoted us over $1,000. Instead, he diagnosed the real issue and repaired it for much less. Highly recommend his honest, knowledgeable, and affordable service!

Our double oven suddenly stopped working after a power outage. The upper oven kept beeping and wouldnt operate. Ulfat quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it. He was honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Ulfat!

Easy Go has helped us out with TWO different refrigerator problems in the last month. We found them via a Google search and have not been disappointed. The first time we needed diagnosis, Bob was there the next day, although I believe they also have same day appointments available, booked and confirmed directly on their website. The second time, they also responded to our appointment request immediately. Bob was here at 9:00am on Saturday after we noticed a water line connection leak the night before. He had the part that was needed for the repair and had us all fixed up within an hour.You will need to pay a small fee up front, which is deducted from any work they do. But, when you have an immediate need, it is worth it!I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs!
