- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an initial conversation to understand the customer's needs, scope of work, location, and service expectations. Once we gather the necessary information, we conduct a site visit when needed and provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope, pricing, and schedule. After approval, we coordinate access, assign the appropriate team, and schedule the service. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication with the customer, provide updates as needed, and perform quality control inspections to ensure the work meets expectations. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by delivering reliable service, responsiveness, and consistent results from the first day of engagement.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this industry by providing cleaning and facility support services for residential and commercial clients. Over time, I expanded into a broader range of facility and property maintenance services, working closely with property managers, business owners, and facility management companies. As our experience and client base grew, we developed a strong network of trained professionals and expanded our capabilities to include janitorial services, maintenance support, landscaping, pressure washing, painting, and other facility-related services.
