- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always transparent and fair. Every project is different, so costs depend on the size and details of the work. We don’t believe in hidden fees, what we agree on is what you pay. We can sometimes provide discounts for larger projects or returning customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to start with a quick conversation to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we schedule an in-person visit to see the space, discuss design ideas, and answer any questions. Once everything is clear, we provide a detailed proposal and keep open communication throughout the project to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in remodeling and home improvement. We are licensed contractors in Maryland (MHIC), trained in safety standards, and skilled in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and painting. Beyond formal training, most of our knowledge comes from working directly on projects and delivering high-quality results for homeowners.
