We have 60 years of combined construction experience, building new homes and rehabbing older houses. We are now offering our services to the public. We do the job right the first time. Some competitors may be cheaper, but with me you will be completely satisfied. Just started new company to provide quality work for homeowners. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently are offering a 5% discount for all, home remodeling projects. The projects need to be at least $6,000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a meeting to discuss what the customer wants, and we also make suggestions, based upon our 30 yrs experience. We then progress to contract at which time the customer probably has not selected their type and color of floor, tiles, tub and shower. We then suggest manufactures and move forward with the remodel, allowing customer to make their selections, while we are framing, electrical, plumbing, hvac etc. It all comes together after the customer has made their custom selections.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We built over 400 homes, for sale. We started in July 2019 to offer our services to homeowners when we were asked to repair items that other contractors had started but not completed. Our goal is to make sure the customer is happy with their finished product.
