Roderick came out at night after other hvac professionals responded that their earliest appointments were the next day. I especially appreciated his customer first approach since my home had become very uncomfortable over the course of three days of high heat. Roderick was responsive and professional. He explained the steps he was taking and thoroughly and clearly answered all questions.

Excellent service. I needed my well chlorinated. My plumber could not do it for one week. I contacted Roderick and he showed up the next day and completed the job for half of what my plumber would have charged. And he was prompt!

Roderic knows what he’s doing. We had BGE look at the issue before but they just gave us a recommendation. Roderick agreed with their assessment but actually told me how he would fix it. He got the parts needed and came back the next day and fixed the leak in about an hour. Then he cleaned up afterwards to include shaking off my throw rug. Very thorough, very good work!! I will call him again with any HVAC work.
