Ruby and his team did a fantastic job! I hired Ruby Floors to install carpet for an investment property. I'm located remotely, but Ruby and his team seamlessly handled everything from selection, delivery, and installation. The job was done on time, done well, and very reasonably priced. Ruby personally was a pleasure to work with as he was very courteous and accommodating. I plan on working with Ruby Floors again and would recommend Ruby and his company to anyone looking for high-quality flooring at a reasonable, fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out by asking them by what they like and there interest is for the type of flooring they like. Then I would typically try to show all my samples to them of multiple different styles of the flooring that they like and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a carpet warehouse for almost 10 years selling and take care all my customer make theirs projects realty. so I feel confident in saying that I know a lot about flooring and carpet.
