Someone came to assess my house for a quote. They gave me one (I didn’t negotiate) and committed to a date. The night before, the cleaner asked for a change of date to accommodate their health. I agreed. After this, they stopped answering my text messages. I only got a one line, “I can’t come”.
I am really disappointed in the unprofessional communication.
