A few weeks before Christmas the only tub/shower in our home started leaking from an expanding crack. Out of desperation I posted to Thumbtack and received three responses in less than 24 hours. DayBrook Kitchen and Baths was one of those responses. I scheduled an estimate and they provided a price quote and time table for completion that could not be beat. Every employee was polite and professional. I know a bath tub and tile surround is a small job in the grand scheme of things but it really made my year. My girls christmas stockings were filled with Lush Bath Bombs and bubble bars. We look forward to working with DayBrook again as we finish our upstairs bathroom and re do our kitchen. Highly Recommended!

Ive been impressed with the customer experience from David and Carly at DayBrook.Finding honest, communicative, reasonably contractors who do quality work without cutting corners is nearly impossible, but Im confident Ive found a lasting solution and relationship with DayBrook.I contacted DayBrook for a complete shower replacement job. While they have a knack for luxury projects and high-end finishes, I was pleased that they were willing to take on a straightforward job that prioritized function over form.They were successful in selling me on their brand, their values, and their commitment to quality service and craftsmanship.They were graciously accommodating with my needs, listened to my story and experience with the problem, and were clear about their proposals. They were receptive to the materials that I wanted to use and brought my vision to life. I was debating with myself for awhile about writing a review on the company and decided to do so. Otherwise, what's a point of having such an option for people to choose people to hire.I read all the wonderful reviews about the company and met with David and choose them out of three other companies because everything that David said and promised sounded so professional and easy process. They were super responsive and nice to talk to.I moved out of my house for the time of the project, and would stop by once a week. Every time I stopped by I got upset about something. I do not want to write about all the things that were so upsetting but it seemed to me that my project was completely neglected. There was no much progress for a week or two, if any. There were mess ups that I had to call or write an email asking questions and asking to fix things. Flooding in my laundry room after the washer machine was "re-connected", new door (as a compensation for all the mess ups) without peephole (which I am still waiting to put in). I had to hire a landscaper to fix the whole mess that was created outside of my house. Nobody asked me about color of the wall paint in bathrooms, they just paint it. I can live with it but I would not choose it and thinking actually to hire someone to re paint it. Etc, etc..... But the most upsetting thing is , David promised me that everything will be covered and protected during the renovations of my bathrooms. Well, nothing was. Even tho David brought cleaning people after, I still cannot full movie back to my house because every day off I spend cleaning my house and every single thing in the house and washing every pillow, blanket etc. The worth part is that my new floors was completely ruined. You could clearly see the track where workers would go back and forth from outside and back with all the industrial dust. I put those new floors a year and a half ago and really was enjoying them till this project. They also was not covered as I was promised. And now I even do not know what to do with this. And this is the most upsetting part because that tracks are in the middle of the house. This upsets me every time I am in my house.In two words about of this project with this company: bathrooms are look fine after all but the rest of the house was ruined.Should you hire them? Maybe not, but if you do, make sure you stay in the house so you can control everything.
