Jobs Complete did 6 projects in our newly purchased condo: painted the 16' high unit, renovated a bathroom, repaired a gap in the molding atop kitchen cabinets, secured a tall custom-built bookcase to the wall, and repaired a persistent crack in one corner of our living room. Every one of these projects was done to our total satisfaction. But the two projects that deserve special note are the molding replacement and fixing the corner crack. Replacing the 6" high molding was difficult because of the need to match color and hide the joints. It is now virtually undetectable. The repair of the persistent crack was particularly noteworthy because we knew the previous owners of our unit and that they repeatedly tried to spackle/tape the corner only to have the crack reappear. Jobs Complete tried to fix the crack using the spackle/tape method, only to have it reappear. He then suggested cutting a hole in the wall to see what the problem was. There he discovered that the builders had not nailed the dry wall to the corner stud, so it was "free floating!!" He then nailed in a strip to an adjoining stud to secure the special dry wall that he had to purchase to match the "old-fashioned" thickness. His repair worked and the corner is now crack free. Jobs Complete repeatedly offered to address any complaints we might have had. We had none and were very pleased not only with his workmanship, but also by his responsiveness to our requests. Finally, he gave us a full and credible accounting of his costs. He provided full value for the cost of his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rates "vary" based upon the "type" of job needed and the number of men placed on the job to accomplish the task at hand. My labor rates range from $45.00 to $110.00 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A review of the job, a written proposal detailing material and labor costs, collecting a deposit on the work along with a written contract, completion of the work (making sure all details are completed to the customers satisfaction), collecting the balance for the work we performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by both my Grandfather (50+ years) in carpentry work, and my brother (25+ years) carpentry, tile work, cabinetry, window and door installations.
