Our appointment was pushed back the night before it was scheduled. They were supposed to be here today to do the job but no communication from them after I attempted to reach them via text message, telephone, and email. I gave them a deposit of $1400 but received no paperwork or receipt for the money. Luckily, I paid through PayPal, so I should be able to get a refund.
