What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with our pricing while providing extreme Value. Remodeling and especially roofing estimates can widely vary. It is important to compare apples to apples when considering a contractor. Here at JDH, every roof we install is to the Owens Corning Platinum Standard. A roof is much more than just shingles. Every component we install is top tier Owens Corning!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule a time that is convenient for you. 2. One of our HAAG Certified inspectors will perform a thorough inspection. 3. We come down and go over our findings and the various options you have. 4. We go over the products we install. 5. If you're looking to pay out of pocket, we give you a price with no high-pressure tactics. 6. If you feel as though you wish to file a claim with your Insurance Providor, we provide you with a comprehensive 100+ page report with the information they will need to properly assess your property.
