He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He had more tools and replacement parts on hand than I initially requested, making this a full repair. I had not thought to ask prior to but he came beyond prepared. The diagnostics took him no time and the repairs were done properly and effectively. I highly recommend!

I messaged Mike last night through thumbtack and he sent me a message this morning that he could come by 9 to look at my outdoor outlets. Not only was he right on time, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He found the issue right away and it was such a simple and quick fix that he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I asked him what I owed him for the visit and he said no charge. He’s truly a great guy and he knows his stuff. He’s honest and did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. He will be my first call if the need arises in the future.
