They didn’t do what they said. Works are ok but when they were here they said they’ll charge $175 / hour. It was totally different than the 1 year contract agreement; so almost $500/ year for hvac maintenance, that’s really expensive. They’re way overpriced.

Service technician did not identify core problem during first visit ($150.00) and that night AC still not working. Called the technician back, and got another appointment a week latter. 2nd visit, resulted in low Freon’s and leak in a part. ($350.00) I believe technician was in hurry on his first visit to get to his next appointment , and did not wait to let the system run to determine if AC was working correctly and just accepted no error messages and assumed system was working.
