I had extensive work done on the landscape at the rear of my home. I had them replace the rear deck of my home from wood to the all-weather composite boards. This included the steps leading down from a rear porch room. They made multiple suggestions that improved the deck's overall look, including the beautiful black railing surrounding the decking and complementing the deck flooring and steps very nicely. Despite a few ordering challenges that delayed the work, they worked hard to ensure everything was completed promptly. The beautiful product in the pictures speaks to the detail of the work.

Constructing a "Porte Cochere" that seamlessly matched the architectural features of a historic home posed unique challenges for Joe and Ian, but they patiently worked through every detail. Joe recently finished a kitchen remodeling project for us in the Salisbury area. He spent time listening to and understanding our requirements. He researched and itemized to give us quote. Once approved he planned very well, drafted a proper contract, and executed the whole project smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about flooring, carpentry, and cabinet work. He is very resourceful and has an excellent network in the area.

Joe and Ian are quite knowledgeable and they do their best to develop solutions to unanticipated obstacles rather than shrugging their shoulders and saying that something cannot be done. They were able to begin the project (a complete bathroom remodel) several weeks after the contract was signed. They worked long hours six days a week to complete the project as expeditiously as possible and they did not let the project sit idle for extended periods between or during phases as some other contractors have done on past projects. Prices are reasonable.

Very pleased with our kitchen remodel. Joe made a great first impression. He was a great listener and offered lots of ideas and options to meet our budget. Project went smoothly and with great care. Our project included painting kitchen and kitchen cabinets, redo the plumbing and install appliances. We will absolutely use Above and Beyond Renovation for any future projects.
