Justin did a great job with the electrical problem in our home. He was on time and professional. He found out the problem and fixed it. He was also respectful of our home and took his shoes off first. He fixed a problem with electrical voltage that cause our home alarm to stop working. Justin fixed it and now our alarm works again. My family is safe . Justin did a great job and I would hire him again. Thanks Justin.

Twice in the same year my electronics (Smart TVs, laptop,brand new iPhone that was plugged in, etc.) all were ruined and smelled of burnt wire/plastic).
I had several electricians come but none could explain why it was happening. Campbell's electric came and thoroughly explained exactly what was happening and addressed the issue with a whole home surge protector connected directly to the powerlines coming in my house, and also discovered that my house was not properly grounded and addressed that as well.
I did my homework and low and behold they were right. Your electrical utility company accidentally sends surges of electric to your house which ruins mainly household electronics, but apparently a lightning strike can do the same thing so there's no one to be held accountable. Now I no longer have to worry about lightning strikes, or surges; thank god because I make a living through smart devices!
They were affordable, well educated, very nice, and prompt.
They are a small company so I've already reached out and recommended them.

Campbells Electric was terrific!
Justin and his apprentice were very polite and easy to talk to. They fixed several electrical problems and installed beautiful lighting throughout my home in a timely manner for a very reasonable price in one day. They even tidied up.

I have utilized Campbells Electric for over ten years. Bruce and Justin have been nothing less then amazing. I had outdoor lighting installed, they installed my wired security system, multiple fan/lights, and I have had receptacles updated(from two prong to three prong through out my home).
I have always been satisfied with their work in all areas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So it’s really hard to give someone a price without looking at the job. There’s a lot of factors involved. I can say this with confidence; we are able to charge less because we have less overhead with being a smaller family owned electrical company. A.k.a. show us a quote from any other electrical company and we will beat it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just stay completely transparent as far as pricing and explain what is going wrong in their home/Business and what options they have as far as fixing the issue at hand. Each customer is different. If a client simply wishes to add lighting or anything to make their home more aesthetically pleasing, I’ll go through every possibility and show them pictures of jobs done before/books of different types of lighting styles etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Campbells Electric holds a masters license. Any “helper” is going through and Electrical apprenticeship. there’s always going to be a licensed electrician on site. It would take a long time to go through all of the education and training.
