- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every bathroom is different, so the cost really depends on the size of your space, the materials you choose, and the type of remodel you’re looking for. Whether you’re updating your tub or doing a full custom renovation, we’ll walk you through every option up front so there are no surprises. Our goal is to find a solution that fits your style, your needs, and your budget- without every cutting corners on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by meeting with the customer to understand their needs, ideas, and budget. I then offer professional advice on design and product selection, followed by a transparent quote and timeline. Once approved, I manage the project from start to finish, keep the customer informed throughout, and complete a final inspection to ensure the work is finished to a high standard. We are employee owned so every project is personal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by our suppliers, which has provided me with detailed product knowledge, correct installation practices, and an understanding of manufacturer standards and specifications. This training ensures work is completed to a high standard and in line with warranty and quality requirements.
