Just had ROI Construction come out to give us a quote and we ended up choosing them. First of all, the company was very responsive and quick to respond when we had initially reached out. Second, Mike D. was very professional, understanding and helpful in helping us figure out what door we should get. I enjoyed the brief he gave (pictures and all) and the transparency over price. I like the fact that we were able to customize the door to better suit our needs, which justified the quote we received. All in all, I will definitely be using the company again once I begin working on my other property. They are making the daunting process of home makeovers appear easy.

We have scheduled new windows to be installed, which will happen soon. Dustin, our sales agent, was amazing and made a stressful situation easier. While his goal is to sell a product, he did so in a manner that was respectful of wants/needs without being aggressive. He answered questions completely and really listened to our goals. In the end, he closed the deal by offering quality products and service with above and beyond sales help. We are excited to have the windows installed and continue to grow a relationship with ROI for future projects!
