We have scheduled new windows to be installed, which will happen soon. Dustin, our sales agent, was amazing and made a stressful situation easier. While his goal is to sell a product, he did so in a manner that was respectful of wants/needs without being aggressive. He answered questions completely and really listened to our goals. Dave came by and provided value I did not expect. I had another company come in and tripled the price of ROI. Use ROI if you need gutters, a roof, attic insulation, siding, windows, etc., they’ll treat you right.
