Dave came by and provided value I did not expect. I had another company come in and tripled the price of ROI. Use ROI if you need gutters, a roof, attic insulation, siding, windows, etc., they’ll treat you right.

We have scheduled new windows to be installed, which will happen soon. Dustin, our sales agent, was amazing and made a stressful situation easier. While his goal is to sell a product, he did so in a manner that was respectful of wants/needs without being aggressive. He answered questions completely and really listened to our goals. In the end, he closed the deal by offering quality products and service with above and beyond sales help. We are excited to have the windows installed and continue to grow a relationship with ROI for future projects!
