Jorge demonstrated exceptional responsiveness on the Thumbtack application. We had established a plan for several repair items at my rental property. Prior to George’s departure, I requested that he contact me and provide photographs of the property’s condition. Regrettably, I did not receive before-and-after photographs until approximately five to six hours later, which prompted me to express my concerns regarding the execution of certain repairs. I was deeply disappointed that communication was inadequate and that the work did not meet my full expectations.
