- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my area and other package prices from other photographers. I try to make it even or just a tad under so that I can bring in clients. I also, depending on what they want, try to do a photo book for them. Engagements and weddings get a complimentary photo book. Families and portraits do not however I do provide an 11x14 canvas in a collage style of the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication. I tend to get personal but I want this to be a friendship not just me providing services. I want you comfortable with me and comfortable in my abilities. So if we need to talk about heels, then we will talk about heels, or kids, or crazy husbands, out of their mind wives etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am taking online courses with Katelyn James Photography as well as a wedding workshop with Alina Thomas Photography to which I am also a student of hers with her online courses and resources.
