I can't speak on the quality of their work, this is just about the initial sales pitch. Two guys came over to the house and they were extremely condescending and pushy. They wasted two hours of my time with an elaborate sales pitch that had so many obvious scare tactics in it. I would rather pay any other company to do work than to go with this company.Here's some of my gripes with them:They didn't believe I was former military and kept winking when bringing up a military discount, likely because I don't look like a typical person in the military.They lied about being able to do a full bathroom remodel, even after wasting two hours of my time and theirs saying they could.After finally getting a number from them in terms of how much a bath tub replacement would cost, they quoted me $15k for just a bath tub replacement. Then eventually dropped it down to $8k, lmao.Again I can't speak on the quality of their work but I DO NOT like scare tactics and trying to be played a fool.

Kevin Drost is the Long Roofing Rep who visited today. After a thorough inspection of my home he explained in detail the products and procedures used by the company when replacing a roof. His presentation of available options and pricing was complete and fair. Kevin made what can be a grueling process enjoyable. Our discussion was friendly and without any hard-sell tactics, which I appreciate very much. I highly recommend Kevin and Long Roofing. Good products, established company known for quality work and customer support. Long has done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied with the estimate, installation, and products which is why I considered them for this work.
