I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Long Home Products is a family owned/run business w/an A+ BBB rating. Christian, our representative was very professional, patient and took the time to explain the process and all my options to us. Christian was also able to meet my asking price after discussing with his manager. Which I was grateful for. I look forward to getting my new shower soon!
