Kevin Drost is the Long Roofing Rep who visited today. After a thorough inspection of my home he explained in detail the products and procedures used by the company when replacing a roof. His presentation of available options and pricing was complete and fair. Kevin made what can be a grueling process enjoyable. Our discussion was friendly and without any hard-sell tactics, which I appreciate very much. I highly recommend Kevin and Long Roofing. Good products, established company known for quality work and customer support. Long has done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied with the estimate, installation, and products which is why I considered them for this work.

Once I called The Long Roof Home Product the person that assisted me on the phone was very helpful, she informed me when the Service Technician would be out to do measurements for a replacement roof and gave me a date. The Service Technician Mr. Garrett Thompson came out to give me an estimate on my roof was exactly on time, knowledgeable and very professional! Service Technician Garrett Thompson explain what the company had to offer and showed me all the companys products. He was prepared to show me the process of the job and he was very polite, knowledgeable and professional! He was able to offer affordable solutions for financing. Service Technician Mr. Garrett Thompson provided professional 5 Star service and I received great customer service on that day! Thank you for great customer service Mr. Garrett Thompson! I am pleased to recommend Kevin and Long Roofing. It was admittedly stressful when we initiated our search for a roofing company; it is a significant investment and one we were reluctant to assume.
