Had the the basement room (crawled space kinda) waterproofed.May 11, 2016Value Dry Waterproofing's reply
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate it.
Value Dry waterproofing waterproofed our whole basement. We received pricing from other company's who offered to "cut corners" by not doing things such as waterproofing the driveway wall ect. We chose value dray to do the job because their system was better than corrugated piping but not as expensive as other company's with patented basement systems. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We also like that our basement now has a lifetime transferable dry warranty. Who else gives you that?May 11, 2016Value Dry Waterproofing's reply
Thank you for taking the time to write a positive review. We stand by our Lifetime Transferrable Warranty.
Having my basement waterproofed by Value Dry was an excellent experience. They fulfilled every commitment - were on time, courteous, cleaned up everyday, very professional on every level. And, my basement is dry - even after 16 days of consecutive rain!!!May 12, 2016Value Dry Waterproofing's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? In basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation, there is no one-size-fits-all solution that will work for everybody, so our first steps are to meet with the homeowners, assess the problem, and present the recommendations for fixes. Our inspectors will answer questions about approximate costs, how the work is performed, how long it takes, and the pro/cons of each solution. The inspector will work with the homeowner to come up with a customized scope of work so that he can take his measurements and provide an exact cost figure for the desired job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Be sure to research companies and their reputations before having them come out to provide a quote. Remember, lifetime warranties are only as good as the customer service, reliability, and workmanship of the company offering them!
