What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I have a short questionnaire for new clients to fill out before our first session so I know how to prepare beforehand. At the first session, before we get into the yoga, I will chat a little bit with you about your goals, desires, and where you are that day. Then, we jump into the yoga!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a vinyasa style and a bikram style 200 hour teaching certification, and I am registered with Yoga Alliance. I am currently working through my 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with yoga through my personal practice, and was fortunate enough to complete my first 200 hour teaching certification in 2020 when my full-time job was working from home due to the pandemic. I didn’t know I wanted to teach right away, but as my practice deepened, I felt called to share yoga with others.
