- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the quote is accepted, I forward the employment contract along with a list of duties and/or responsibilities. At that point, a conversation to touch base would be in order. Once everything is made clear and agreed upon, contract is signed, and off to a wonderful event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Mixology license through The Maryland Bartending Academy. I was also the Manager of Network Catering at FedEx Field for the last 5 seasons. I am T.I.P.S. certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started about 12 years ago at the Maryland Bartending Academy.
