My job ended up being a bit too small for Diego, but he was honest about this and explained the steps I could take for drying out my ceiling after a recent leak. He didn’t charge for the initial assessment and I appreciate his honesty about the condition of my ceiling, not being too bad and explaining how I could fix it myself.

I rated them 5 stars based on communication, timeliness, quality of work, and cost. You won't find another carpet cleaner doing this quality of work at their prices. They will be the only carpet cleaner I hire in the future. The Flood Crew did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my new home. They were to able to work with my schedule and did the job at night. It was a big job consisting of 4 bedrooms, master suite, living room, hallway, and two stair cases. There were a couple of stains (bleach) that wouldn't come out and I was told this before they even started the job. However, they did highly recommend a carpet repair specialist that can fix it. They were very knowledgeable and gave me tons of information regarding the carpet. I was given tips on care and maintenance. I was also given details on the age of the carpet, how long it should last, and information on types of carpet for replacement. I received quotes from other carpet cleaners charging a lot less and a lot more. I didn't feel I would get quality work from those charging bargain prices and I feel I was being ripped off from those charging exorbitant prices. Do yourself a favor and hire them. You won't regret it.

Flood Crew was very thorough and did an excellent job cleaning our carpeted stairs and tile in the bathroom. They took time to explain everything , answered our questions and did a wonderful job.
