Joseph was incredible. He took the time to look for the issue we were trying to track down and just went above and beyond to help us find a solution. It's too bad we don't need vent cleaning more often. Joseph is definitely on our A+ list!

We needed our dryer vent to be serviced and Joseph did a wonderful job. We had the vents cleaned repeatedly and no one could diagnose the problem. Joseph went under the house and found the hoses were not put together properly. He fixed the hoses and the air flow improved 100%. Joseph is a gentleman and works very clean. He worked hard and long - even going outside in a major storm to make sure the system worked. He kept to his estimate and was a pleasure to have in my home. I recommend him whole heartedly. Arrived on time. Explained the process. I had a broken part, and a replacement was installed for only 25$ extra. I've never had dryer vent cleaning before. I highly recommend it, and using this company.
