Damien came to my house with a young lady to get my ducts and vents cleaned on Jul 17th, and I was impressed with their experiences and work detail. Work detail in the way of explaining the process to me in a professional and respectful way. They patiently moved my things around to create the space needed to get the job done. Everything I mentioned to be looked at was taken care of.
Damien impressed me when I mentioned the birds coming and nesting in my vent during the summer; he quickly took care of the problem and promised to get me a bird cage the next day to eliminate the problem going forward. He called the next day without being prompted, showed up,
and installed the cage. Problem solved, and he advised me on maintenance.
The only advice from me is to learn to itemize charges for customers to see how they are being billed. Their pricing is reasonable. Forgot to ask for any discounts (lol).
I wish you a continued and successful business. I will refer you to others.

This is the second time that I have had my whole duct system cleaned and serviced by Mack's. He has always been on time, respectable, and speedy. Great service and reliability.

Damian serviced 17 units in our condo community in one day. Each and every client was beyond satisfied. Services were above and beyond what others provide. He is a top notch provider for dryer duct cleaning. Mack's is on our recommended vendor list.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Someone recommended me to him and I am so glad I called. I noticed a lot of lint around the duct work down stairs where the dryer pipes or duct work come thru the ceiling. I called him Friday and he game Saturday morning on time. Not only did he clean the dryer duct work but all the vents. First time I did that in the 13 years. He must of pulled out a 5 gal bucket of lint which is a fire hazard from the dryer. He said I should do the dryer vent every 2 years which I will. Really did a great job, cleaned up after he finished. Really nice man. If you never had your dryer vents cleaned you should think about it.
