Damien came to my house with a young lady to get my ducts and vents cleaned on Jul 17th, and I was impressed with their experiences and work detail. Work detail in the way of explaining the process to me in a professional and respectful way. They patiently moved my things around to create the space needed to get the job done. Everything I mentioned to be looked at was taken care of. Damien impressed me when I mentioned the birds coming and nesting in my vent during the summer; he quickly took care of the problem and promised to get me a bird cage the next day to eliminate the problem going forward. He called the next day without being prompted, showed up, and installed the cage. Problem solved, and he advised me on maintenance. The only advice from me is to learn to itemize charges for customers to see how they are being billed. Their pricing is reasonable. Forgot to ask for any discounts (lol). I wish you a continued and successful business. I will refer you to others. Tee.
