From the moment he arrived (early, no less) it was clear we were in great hands. Theodore had a warm, easy presence that put everyone at ease immediately, which made such a difference on what was already an emotional day.
What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond the ask. He didn't just take photos, he captured video too, entirely on his own initiative. And rather than making us wait days or weeks, he delivered fully edited photos the very next day. But the detail that truly moved us: he stayed after the ceremony to print a photo on the spot, so we could hold a memory of our day in our hands before we even left.
He was genuine, professional, and just plain easy to be around. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Excellent communication with a strong work ethic. Ted and his wife were truly outstanding in the way they helped guide the photo ops. I asked to add additional hours only a few days before event and it was granted with ease. Adjusted the rates with extreme kindness and value.
Received the fina edited product only 4 days later right before a major holiday. We sincerely appreciate the quality and quickness provided. I had a challenge for Theodore: a family portrait with nine people, including four teenagers. Getting teenagers to pose is a serious challenge, but he was up to it. He made everyone feel comfortable, and we got the photo I wanted—plus a slew of bonus photos.
Finding a time where everyone could get together (with some of the family members visiting from Europe) was a challenge, but Theodore was flexible. He delivered the photos electronically a few days after the photo shoot, in a convenient downloadable package, allowing me to use them for prints, on social media, and so on.
All it all working with Clearshot Images was a pleasant experience for me and I can heartily recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically find out what the customer wants. Then I send a invoice/contract and request a *********** to lock in the date. I get paid the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional photographer with training in film (analog) photography, digital photography, editing using several adobe products and video. I also have experience in developing film and book creation.
