I contacted JA Inspection Services for an inspection of my house. Josh was the first and only company to respond on the same day. We were able to set up an inspection a few days later and I was extremely pleased at how quickly we were able to set up an appointment. I was beyond impressed and pleased with the service that Josh Meloney provided. He was extremely thorough and detailed in the inspection of my home. He was very helpful in answering some questions I had regarding certain areas of my home. He was also very prompt in sending over the report that evening. The format of the report was also very detailed and easy to follow. I would highly recommend Josh Meloney and JA Inspection Services. Josh's level of professionalism and expertise are exceptional and he was a pleasure to work with.

Was having a pre-purchase inspection done of an older row house in DC. Josh was there well in advance of scheduled time, and very thorough in his inspection of the house with the limited time that we had.As he performed the inspection, he informed me of all the key issues he noted at the time, and things that could be come issues down the road. Pointed out the basics that all home owners should know of their house such as water shut-off and other basics.At the end I was given a detailed report with the comments and photos of each of the items. The pre-purchase inspection performed by Josh was enough information to put an offer in on the house.

Im currently in the process of purchasing a home. I researched home inspectors and Josh had really good reviews so I decided to hire him. I was impressed by his professionalism. He even offered snacks and drinks as I waited around for him to complete the task. He was very patient with me because I had a plethora of questions regarding different findings. Josh was very thorough with this inspection, from top to bottom! The turn around time was very quick. I had the inspection around 3pm and I received the written report around 8/9pm same day! I will definitely be using Josh again! I highly recommend!
