A Move-Out Cleaning is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom cleaning service designed for tenants and homeowners preparing to leave a property. To ensure the highest quality results, we ask that the home be completely empty before our team arrives. This allows us to clean every surface and hard-to-reach areas.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
We offer flexible scheduling for general cleaning (dusting, trash, vacuuming) and deep cleaning (floors, glass, bathrooms). Our team handles the cleaning so you can focus on business.
HOME SIZE POLICY
B.A.Y. Family Cleaning currently services APARTMENTS/CONDOS only. Quotes are based on the actual size of the home. We do not offer partial-home or individual room cleaning services. If the home's size differs from the information provided, B.A.Y. Family Cleaning reserves the right to revise the quote or decline service.
PEST INFESTATION POLICY
For the safety of our staff and clients, B.A.Y. Family Cleaning does NOT provide cleaning services in homes with active pest infestations. Including but not limited to roaches, mice, fleas, bedbugs, or similar pests. If evidence of an infestation is discovered upon arrival or during service, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue and terminate the cleaning appointment. Any applicable cancellation or service fees may still apply.
