Everything about my experience with this company was excellent! Jamil answered all my questions about their moving services and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He and movers arrived on time and delivered my boxes to a destination in Pennsylvania in great condition. Jamil texted me when they were 10 minutes from my house, 15 minutes from the destination and when the delivery was completed. I did not pay anything until the job was done and it was less than the estimated cost! Jamil and the movers were polite and professional. They are a great company with reasonable prices, reliable service and integrity!!

Let me begin by saying that if you are looking for a local mover, there is one and only one mover you should consider hiring. And that is Chaudhry and Sons. I will give you my reasons. 1. They responded on time. And they arrived on time. 2. Their rates are fair and much lower than many big moving companies. 3. They are professional, personable, respectful, and truly love what they do. 4. They have the best smiles in the business. Not kidding. 5. Jamil and his two associates took the utmost care in moving my furniture. Allow me to elaborate further. I had two couches that I wanted to get moved from my Clarksburg home to Gaithersburg. They came in the house and looked at the 2 couches and with surgical precision wrapped one couch in blanket, strapped it and put it in their truck. The second couch was in the basement. Like a team of surgeons assessing a patient awaiting surgery, they looked at the couch and planned a way to get it up the stairs. My stairs are not straight up from the basement. There is a turn. And that is why it was tricky as to how to get this couch up without messing the walls. They figured it would be best to remove the legs of the couch, which they did. Even then it was going to be a challenge because the couch was quite wide and there was barely enough room on each side. There is a also a railing they had to watch out for. All in all, the couch was going to be difficult to bring up. After, careful planning, Jamil and made their way up, one step at a time. Slowly but very carefully they made it to the landing. This is where it got tricky. Remember, the turn? The couch would not cooperate but these guys did not give up, they maneuvered the couch a little bit this way and that way and made it turn. I was at the top of the stairs holding my breath! After the turn, the ordeal was not over. They brought it up one step at a time and then the door got in the way! One man who was on top of the stairs directed the other two at the bottom to turn the sofa slightly to the left and like magic, the couch was free! From there, they laid it on the floor, wrapped it and loaded it on their truck. I breathed a sigh of relief when the two couches were on the truck and was glad to see there was no damage to the walls. If anyone thinks moving furniture is easy. Think not. Even though they had special straps to lift, it is difficult job. So, let me continue. I reached home and within 10 minutes Jamil and his crew arrived, too. To make matters difficult, it started to drizzle! And I said to myself, now what! But for Jamil and his crew it was business as usual. They carefully unloaded the wrapped couches and started their walk down the side of my house and through a gate to the walkout basement. They moved the old sofas to another side of the basement and put the two couches in an L shaped fashion. See the photo. I paid them, gave them a good tip, thanked and wished them well. If I ever have to move any furniture, Chaudhry and Sons is who I will call. And so should you. Thank you Jamil and your associates and may your business grow a hundred fold each year!
