My basement floors in my condo needed replacement and Marvin was very responsive on what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and provided me a breakdown of the process + cost. Him and his crew did the project in one day and my tenants and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely contact him again for future floor repairs and issues!

I had a bathroom where the subfloor had significant damage due to a plumbing issue. Marvin was quick to respond and work with me on a schedule. His quality of work and professionalism are fantastic. He had repaired/replaced the subfloor, waterproofed it for the future, put in new LVP flooring on top, and even accommodated the plumbing height so everything would sit flush and work nicely. His attention to detail on the flooring is incredible, our plumbing runs through the floor, he perfectly adjusted our new flooring to account for this. Very happy how this turned out, and looking forward to working with him again in the future!

Marvin did an Absolutely outstanding job. He installed our new flooring quickly & flawlessly, with beautiful results. He was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. He responded to me same day and came the next day ready. Even did a little extra for us by putting our closet doors back on that he had to carry up two flights of stairs. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the job was completed faster than i expected. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fast, reasonably priced flooring installation.
