I have been working in the waterproofing industry now for 22 years. I named my company Tru Integrity LLC for a reason. I started out working for the biggest waterproofing company on the East Coast as a quality control inspector. What I found was the bigger the company the less they cared about the customer unfortunately. I decided to keep my company small and always have a personal touch with the customer. If you contact Tru Integrity LLC you don’t get an answering machine you get me. I’m proud to say that we have made a lot of customers happy, and a lot of basements dry!
