About
I have been working in the waterproofing industry now for 22 years. I named my company Tru Integrity LLC for a reason. I started out working for the biggest waterproofing company on the East Coast as a quality control inspector. What I found was the bigger the company the less they cared about the customer unfortunately. I decided to keep my company small and always have a personal touch with the customer. If you contact Tru Integrity LLC you don’t get an answering machine you get me. I’m proud to say that we have made a lot of customers happy, and a lot of basements dry! Thank you so much for all of those who took their time to read this.

I'm very happy with the work that TI llc did for me. My basement is dry and looks great. They also had the best price and finish much faster than I expected. Im pretty impressed. I'll definitely be recommending them to other people.

I decided to go with Tru Integrity LLC after getting a personal recommendation from an acquaintance and after already having consulted with four other companies that do basement encapsulation. True integrity doesnt have a large Internet presence like some of the other companies so I probably would not have otherwise known about them. I am very glad I followed up on the recommendation. I am extremely satisfied with their work. After four estimates, I had a pretty good idea regarding what needed to be done. Wendell was very accommodating and wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction. He even made a couple of recommendations that the other contractors hadnt offered. The cost was competitive and fair. Wendell was on site each day with his crew. The job was completed as promised and on time. They even took away some of my other junk when they cleaned up the job site. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely be recommending Tru Integrity, Wendell, and his crew.
