I take pride in my work. I take the time to do the job right, and safely, without taking shortcuts to just get the job done. I enjoy being an electrician because it requires me to think. Some jobs really are simple, but then there are the ones that you think are going to be easy, something is different, and you need to think of a solution. I've had "careers" in the past that had benefits, but I was just part of the assembly line, doing the same thing every day, and that's not rewarding.
