We had an incredible experience and loved all of our pictures!!! Having it be a surprise proposal isn't easy but Dawn helped every step of the way even changing the proposal spot to avoid a large crowd last minute and picking a great new location! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very reasonable and fair. I want everyone to have fun and feel like their time and money was well spent.
If you would like me to design a "package"for you. I am happy to do it. If its maternity and newborn and family pics I can do that. If its proposal,engagement and wedding pics we can do that. if you have a budget, tell me and we can work out how we will work within your budget. It's all possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is nothing typical about photography. Every customer is different every request is individualized. Some brides need hand holding, some mom's worry, some clients needing headshots don't know where to start and some soon to be fiance's are a nervous wreck! I handle each one with patience and responsiveness. Whatever they need to feel comfortable and confident that all will be fine-actually far better than fine!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes regularly with a local pro. I am also in several groups which allow me to broaden my skills on a regular basis. One can always improve-every job is an opportunity to learn and refine one's technique.
