- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have set a time to come inspect or perform project. We will call an hour prior to arrival. With the customer, we will walk through and discuss what are the customers needs and concerns. We encourage customers to come and inspect our process throughout the job. A final inspection with to ensure satisfaction prior to leaving the property. A follow up call in a few days to ensure the customer is satisfied. We want our customers involved as much as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers throughout D.C., Baltimore, Annapolis and the Eastern Shore. Both Residential and Commercial properties, along with Marinas.
