Ms. Arnold quoted me a price of $175 for the process service of a Writ for a client within our law firm. Since the quote was substantially high (service is normally between $75-$95) I responded to Ms. Arnold's quote asking her to provide her experience to justify the price quoted, if she filed the affidavit and what her turn around time was. Unfortunately, Ms. Arnold never replied. I've been a paralegal for 17 years and have had my share of "price gougers". This I'm afraid is another one of those cases. Fortunately, our firm will not be using the services of Ms. Arnold and we will be sure to not recommenced Ms. Arnold to other colleges.

Stacey, I don't know if you received my original response back on July 9th. I apologize for not responding, my son just graduated US Marine boot camp and I was attending family day and graduation and didn't have access to my phone or technology. I have not does this for about 20years and I got this price range from online. I was excited to see the range since the reason for me stopping these types of assignments was 90% of the time It would cost me. The time, number of trips, planning and getting it served many hours. Again, I do apologize for the misunderstanding I would NEVER charge or gauge anyone, if you knew me, I would undercharge before overcharge. I have many years of legal processes and procedures. I have one year remaining in school then I sit for the Bar. Have a good evening and except my apologies for my ignorance. Mandy Arnold
