- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge between 5-6% to market a home for sale. We get to keep approx. half of that. The cooperating broker receives the other half. Buyers don't have to pay anything for our services. The seller pays our commission. To list a rental, we ask for 1 month's rent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required by MD law to have 15 hrs of continuing education every 2 yrs. Our office offers contract classes every week, review of our digital listing presentation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Prepare market analysis to help determine value, drive buyers to see neighborhoods and homes, arrange title, financing, all inspections, attend inspections, explain the contract of sale.
