I found C&T Improvements on Thumbtack. They came out promptly and gave me a very fair estimate for repairs needed to my exterior wood trim and roof. They were very professional, courtesy, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They finished the job much quicker than expected and the work was excellent. I highly recommend C&T Improvements. I will definitely use them again whenever necessary. A++++

We hired C&T for a roof repair and cannot say enough about how happy we are with the work. This roof leak had also created interior drywall damage, etc. Tony responded immediately, had great communication, and provided a reasonable cost. The team was flexible based on our schedules, something that we appreciated tremendously. The work was completed with quality and in a timely manner. Tony and his team were professional and all around good guys. Tony showed care and concern, and we would highly recommend Tony and the C&T team. We have already begun discussion to repair the interior damage repairs and look forward to working with them again. Thanks Tony!

When I first met with Tony I was very impressed with how responsive and punctual he was. He arrived on time and kept channels of communication open all the time. Very rarely did he take longer then 24 hours to return any communication if at all. Tony was very patient with us as well because we had to wait for HOA approval before getting the work done so he kept in touch with me over the month of June before getting approval to redo the roof in July. Once we gave the go-ahead, Tony scheduled the work within days and had all his team here on time ready to work. We were very impressed with how quickly they tore things down and put up the new roof over a 2 day period. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend using Tony and his team to do any roof. I think my favorite thing about working with Tony was his confidence in getting things done right and ensuring us that he would not leave anything a mess once finished. We were also very content with the 5 year workmanship warranty he gave because it felt trustworthy based on his personality and reputation working with him. He also has a good sense of humor and seems to have a good family background which is also a plus. I would rather support someone like that then a big corporation that just throws money at advertising to get customers. Tony is the real deal and you should 100% hire him.

With a hurricane barreling towards us I contacted Tony to see if we could get gutters cleaned. About an hour later he was at my residence giving me a quote. Upon confirming a price he got to work clearing the gutters while still on site. I realize I was fortunate to be close to a job he already had and timing was amazing so an hour response time probably not the norm. regardless the job was done to perfection. While cleaning he made some minor repairs and carried away buckets of debris. Very pleased with the level of professionalism all the way throughout the process. Thanks Tony!
